Refund policy

Global Packaging Resource Offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee to our customers. If there is something wrong with our product, we will make good on your order with a proper replacement. If for whatever reason we cannot fix the problem, we will refund your money.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Product returns will only be accepted with a valid Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number.  To obtain an RGA number, email customer service at service@GPRsolution.com

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at service@GPRsolution.com and the reason for the exchange.  As promised with our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee we will make good on your order.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
